Why we are starting with a handful of dealerships

See how Ariel can take on familiar dealership work, follow your store's process, and keep your team informed with clear sources and exceptions.

You have heard a version of this pitch before

Something that promised to connect everything and arrived as one more login. A rollout that started with a kickoff call and ended with a spreadsheet somebody maintains by hand.

So we are not asking any dealership to take our word for it. We are opening closed test access to a small number of stores and proving Ariel one job at a time.

We prove it in order

Ariel is VisQuanta's AI employee for dealerships, and the launch bundle is genuinely broad. That is exactly why the implementation is phased.

First, one job a store actually recognizes, run on a schedule, with a result you can check. Then the systems that job depends on, connected and verified. Then customers, memory, and shared work across the team. Then relevant customer follow-up across text, email, and voice. Then the whole thing together in one store.

Each stage has to hold before the next one means anything. A capability stays marked planned until it works in a real dealership.

Access is earned one system at a time

Ariel does not get a master key to your business.

When a job needs a system, Ariel says which login is needed and points your staff to the screen where they add it. Your own people enter it. VisQuanta never types or stores a client password.

Being able to read a system is not permission to send from it or change anything in it. That comes from the autonomy choice you make on each job, and widening it takes a fresh yes from you.

Small enough to answer the phone

A short list of stores means each one gets real attention: someone who knows your setup, watches the first jobs with you, and takes the feedback straight back into the product.

A long list means neither of us learns anything. We would rather be genuinely useful to a few dealerships than lightly disappointing to many.

What we will publish when we have it

Right now VisQuanta has no customer count, no measured time savings, no revenue lift, no testimonials, and no case studies for Ariel. So we are not going to imply any.

When those exist, they will arrive with the source, the population they describe, and the limits of what they prove. A dealership already gets enough numbers that fall apart when you look at them.

If you want to be in the first group

Tell us the one job you would hand over first. That single answer tells us more about fit than any qualification form.
