Set your service rules once
Your service director writes the store's rules in plain screens. Nia follows them on every call, and she asks before she changes how she works.

Every store runs its service department its own way. Which work takes a loaner. How many early drop-offs fit on a Monday. Which jobs need an advisor to call back first.
Those rules usually live in someone's head. When that person is out, the phones get harder.
Rules in plain words
In neptune.os, your service director writes the store's rules on simple screens, in plain words. Nia reads them on every call and books inside them.
Each store keeps its own rules. A rule written for one Location never reaches another, even inside the same dealer group.
She learns, and she asks first
When a call goes sideways, Nia looks back at what happened and suggests a lesson for next time. She does not change how she works on her own. The lesson waits for a yes from your team.
If you ever remove something she remembered, it is gone from everywhere she kept it.
Why it matters
- Your team stays in charge of how the store works.
- New rules take effect without retraining anyone.
- You can always see the rule behind a booking.
