Booked means it is in your scheduler

When Nia tells a caller their service visit is booked, the appointment is already in your store's scheduler, and you can open it to see why she picked that slot.

A service advisor on the phone at a desk while a receipt prints near the service drive

A customer calls to book an oil change. Someone says it is booked. Two days later the customer pulls into the service drive and nobody has them on the list.

Every service manager has lived that moment. It is the fastest way to lose trust, with the customer and with the tool that promised to help.

Nia only says booked after the scheduler says yes

Nia answers your service line and books work straight into the scheduler your store already uses. She works in it the way your advisors do, through the store's own login.

She tells the caller the visit is booked only after the scheduler confirms the appointment. If the scheduler does not confirm, she does not pretend it did. She offers another time or hands the call to your team.

Every booking shows its receipt

Open any booking in neptune.os and you see three things side by side:

  • The service rule Nia followed.
  • The slot she picked in your scheduler.
  • The receipt the scheduler gave back.

Nothing is hidden behind a summary. If you want to know why a car landed on Tuesday at 9:00 am, the answer is on the page.

Where this stands

We are opening Nia to a small group of dealerships first. We will share what we learn from those stores here, once there is something real to share.
